The Crabgrass Puppet Theatre

is a touring theater company dedicated to producing top-quality entertainment for children and their families. Each year, the Crabgrass Puppet Theatre performs for over 100,000 people in theaters, schools and museums throughout the eastern United States.

Crabgrass Puppet Theatre has twice been awarded the Citation of Excellence by the American Center of the Union Internationale de la Marionette (UNIMA-USA), the highest honor in American puppetry.

Crabgrass Puppet Theatre has performed their innovative productions at the World Trade Center, Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the Philadelphia Museum, Paper Mill Playhouse, the North Carolina Museum, the New York State Museum, the Smithsonian Institution, the California Academy of Sciences, the Detroit Institute for the Arts, and at many regional and national puppet festivals in the US and Canada.
